The Asus TUF Gaming VG279QM is one of the few monitors on the market to boast a refresh rate of 280 Hz (yes, 280 frames per second). The icing on the cake is that the image is well calibrated by default.
The Asus TUF Gaming VG279QM is an excellent gaming monitor that is primarily aimed at performance enthusiasts. Well calibrated originally, it lacks a little contrast and a USB hub to be perfect. It is today the most responsive IPS monitor on the market and remains the only one capable of competing with the most efficient TN models. It is a product of choice for cyber athletes. Others will happily turn to the AOC 27G2U, a little less responsive and limited to 144 Hz, but also less expensive.

- No gamma adjustment.

With the TUF VG27AQ, Asus simply offers one of the best 27-inch Quad HD screens for video games. It has all that is best today in terms of display technology, with a very responsive IPS panel supporting a very high frequency compatible with both the AMD FreeSync and Nvidia G-Sync. The icing on the cake is that these technologies can be combined with the ELMB. In the end, this screen is probably the best for playing, regardless of the type of game.
