Sunday November 26, 2023, the 13ème RUE channel offers its viewers the opportunity to discover Follow, its new original series, from 9 p.m. Here, we follow Léna, a 28-year-old community manager, who has just joined the communications department of the Paris Police Prefecture, which is seeking to modernize its image.
“Follow“: what is this new French series?
At the same time, a serial killer is rampant in the capital. Commissioner Agathe Ruffin is in charge of the investigation. The killer uses social networks to destabilize the police, thus attracting Léna’s attention.
Intoxicated by adrenaline, she then embarks on a dangerous game by agreeing to communicate with him. Will Léna be able to free herself from the grip of this enigmatic killer before the web he weaves closes around her?
In the casting of Follow, the general public will be able to find the actors Marie Colomb, Marilyne Canto, Vincent Heneine, Daniel Njo Lobé, Philypa Phoenix, Aida Asgharzadeh, Oscar Copp, Jean-Michel Lahmi and Arthur Mazet.
A series already rewarded
Created by Victoire d’Aboville, Sophie Dab and Florian Spitzer, Follow is written by the latter two but also by Blanche Bigot and Delphine Chouraqui. Louis Farge is responsible for producing the six episodes (two parts broadcast per evening) which make up the first season.
Follow is one of this fall’s series events not to be missed because it was awarded an award during the 2023 edition of the La Rochelle Fiction Festival, in the Best 52-minute series category!
In addition to its programming on 13ème RUE, Follow will also be visible on the Universal+ platform. The episodes will be made available to users after their broadcast on the channel on Sunday evening, from November 26, 2023 from 9 p.m.
