Healthy cooking! Spend time in the kitchen to prepare meals, homemade snacks! And sometimes even spending time in the kitchen with the family!
How do you save time every day?
Personally I live at my own pace 
I'm not necessarily trying to save time or waste time! After that, it is true that I have a fairly strict organization through my work which helps me not to run in all directions and to save time for our moments with family or alone!
What characteristics do you think are essential for a refrigerator?
Optimal food preservation without any hesitation! For example being able to keep vegetables, tasty fish!
What is your favorite recipe at the moment? Rather sweet or savory?
I am basic rather salty but at the moment I could make myself small cannelés every day !!
