Filming for the next season of The Voice has begun. A new rule has been put in place and it will change a lot of things for coaches.
Music programs follow one another on TF1. Lately we have seen The Voice Kids which was followed by the great return of the Star Academy, which will soon end. Then soon will come the new season of The Voice, the program which allowed to discover great talents such as Louane, Kendji or Slimane. This year, the coaches have changed, so we can find Amel Bent, Vianney, Zazie as well as Bigflo and Oli.
A new rule has been put in place and it could well upset the coaches: they will be able to trigger a super block to block another coach during the blind auditions that have already started, during the performance and even after. Previously, they could only do this when the talent was singing. “This year, we spiced up the block a bit. Before, coaches could block when they had their backs to talent, butnow they can do it from the front, during the song and during the debrief”, Matthieu Grelier, the producer, told Télé Star before adding: “The talent will therefore not be able to choose him and the coach will be fired from his back. We are going to the end of the history of the armchair”.

Biflo and Oli new coaches in The Voice
Florent Pagny, suffering from lung cancer, left his place in The Voice, just like Marc Lavoine who had been a coach for years. It is therefore Zazie, Bigflo and Oli who will replace them in the next season. It will be a great first because the two brothers will share the same red armchair!
“We were already coaches for the Voice Belgium six or seven years ago, when we were still very young at the time. It’s something that was on our minds and it was in discussion with the teams so it wasn’t a surprise. told Bigflo when Oli said: “We hope there will be rap. We go there for an exchange with the jurors and the candidates”.
However, the arrival of the two rappers as a coach has divided Internet users. While some fans were very happy with the news, other netizens posted tweets such as: “Bigflo and Oli coach The Voice 2023? It’s No huh” or : “I would have done without Big Flo and Oli”.
