A huge film will unfortunately disappear from Netflix very soon. Its removal is imminent, but there is another way to benefit from it for some.
Every month, Netflix and other SVOD services like Prime Video and Disney+ welcome more or less numerous new releases to expand their respective catalogs. But the platforms also regularly clean up to delete films, series, documentaries and shows. This is not to annoy subscribers, but out of simple contractual obligation. Typically what happens is that broadcast rights are negotiated for a period and when that expires, the programs have to be removed at least temporarily. This is what will happen for this feature film which was crowned with success.

Here, we are more dealing with a psychological thriller than a classic superhero film. Batman is absent, there are no action sequences or a huge gallery of DC heroes or anti-heroes, but Arthur Fleck. An acrobat who dreams of becoming an artist, but who will come up against the brutality of the world. A feature film darker than others and which was a phenomenon. His approach allowed him to be more accessible, interest more people and achieve a box office record. With it, director Todd Phillips generated more than $1 billion, on a budget of just $55 million. Barring any unpleasant surprises, the filmmaker can therefore be reassured for the sequel Joker 2: Folie à deux.
Where to watch the Joker movie?
Joker is currently on Netflix, but not for much longer. In fact, from this Friday, December 22, 2023, the film will be removed from the SVOD service. Since Joker has just arrived on Prime Video, there is no need to rush to watch it, but don’t forget that it is now accessible on the Amazon service.
