This tax credit from which you benefit to adapt your housing to aging

While the population over 75 is set to jump in the coming years, the question of the adaptability of housing to aging is becoming a major issue. The “Great real estate meeting” (Capital / Radio immo) received Eric Malevergnes, head of the pole at the Soliha federation, an operator approved by the National Housing Agency (Anah) to support you via the program “Easy living.”

By applying for this program, people over 60 with autonomy problems can benefit from funding to cover between 35 and 50% of the cost of their work (capped between 7,000 and 10,000 euros), depending on their income levels. The work that can be financed meets a wide list, ranging from simple steps, to the installation of a handrail, including the installation of a videophone or a motion detection system for lighting … In addition, this work is eligible for a tax credit of 25% of the amount of expenditure, capped at 5,000 euros for a single person and 10,000 euros for a couple subject to joint taxation.
