The big novelty of the year: the peach color!
This new spring-summer 2024 fashion season promises to be full of new things! In a video published on her Instagram account, Cristina Cordula decided to reveal the palette of color shades that promises to be in all our stores this summer. If we can expect innovative, fresh, dynamic colors, the chromatic palette of this new season is undoubtedly intended to be sparkling! And it’s not this new color which is making a sensational entrance into the fashion shows that will prove the opposite: the peach color!

For the stylist and image consultant this is a big novelty, in fact, it is a color which until now had been shunned by the big brands. But this year, peach is making a notable entrance, notably at Fendi, Balmain, and even in the latest collections by Victoria Beckham. And it’s not just fashion that puts this color in the spotlight, the Pantone Institute, specializing in color shades, has also elected Peach Fuzz as the color of the year 2024. A soft, warm, mixture of pink and orange, which goes “very good for girls who are blonde» as Cristina Cordula reveals, but also to all other skin tones since peach is “a color that makes everyone look good“.

The other colors of summer 2024
Still in her video, Cristina Cordula gives the other colors spotted on the catwalks for summer 2024. Colors which will undoubtedly brighten up this year’s wardrobes as the palette is quite wide. The pastel colors that have been very present since this winter are also still in fashion! A trend which can be explained by the rise of “Quiet Luxury» which advocates more neutral colors which go perfectly with the summer sun, «all the colors of sorbets, almond green, pale pink, pale yellow, baby blue» as Cristina confirms in her video.

Finally, lastly, the stylist affirms that green is making a comeback for summer 2024: “green in all shades» she begins before giving her advice based on her skin color: “pastel green will be more for blondes with fair complexions, but moss green, khaki, grass green, these are greens that go very well with girls who have warm complexions like olive complexions, girls who are mixed race, darker skin or even brunettes, but also for girls with red hair“.
