A Wolfsberger (52) is said to have been up to mischief in his hometown for four months. The man is suspected of breaking into several cars and stealing money and ATM cards from them. Now the handcuffs clicked for the 52-year-old.
After extensive investigations by the criminal investigation department of the Wolfsberg Police Inspectorate, a 52-year-old man from Wolfsberg was found who is accused of breaking into nine cars in the city of Wolfsberg between November 2021 and February 2022 and stealing money bags with cash and ATM cards from them. The suspect is said to have stolen more than a thousand euros and mainly bought cigarettes with the money. The burglaries caused property damage to the vehicles amounting to several thousand euros. When the Wolfsberger was arrested, several hundred euros in cash and 47 packs of cigarettes were secured. The 52-year-old was taken to the Klagenfurt prison.
