On dedicated forums and social networks, many people deplore an inability to connect to the equipment. The company has provided a first response on what is happening.
Update : the incident has been closed since the end of the morning. The latter concerned thermostats and weather stations.
Netatmo tells us that the outage started at 3 a.m., first very localized, then a peak was noted between 6 and 8 a.m. “ The on-call team started to implement corrective measures from the start, but they were not enough at first “. By 8 a.m., all teams were on deck, which helped launch more complex procedures. At 9:40 a.m., we noted a gradual resumption of the application across the entire installed base.
There are numerous reports of Netatmo product failures
Since last night, Netatmo applications and remote control have not been available, which annoys many customers who were hoping to control their devices from their smartphone, for example. “ Since last night, it has been impossible to connect.
