Three little girls see their lives turn to horror after their adoption by a couple of executioners

In a small town in the United States, 11-year-old Arabella experienced real torture even though she thought her nightmare was over…

Tragic fate. On November 9, the American media revealed that Leticia McCormack and her parents, aged 70 and 75, all three pleaded not guilty in the death of Arabella, an 11-year-old child adopted by the McCormack family in 2017 with her two sisters. If this adoption could have marked the beginning of a new life for the three sisters, it was actually the beginning of the nightmare, which ended in tragedy for Arabella. It was in August 2022 that the Spring Valley City Sheriff received a call regarding “a child in distress at the McCormack home. After dispatching officers to the scene, they quickly had to rescue Arabella, who bore clear signs of mistreatment and abuse.

Despite her hospitalization, the young girl died quickly after her arrival at the hospital following the torture imposed by her executioners, whether her adoptive mother or her grandparents. Without revealing the details of the abuse suffered, it was however specified that Arabella’s body was visibly bruised and that she had been severely malnourished. In addition to Leticia McCormack, the adoptive father of the three young sisters was also arrested by the police. The media, however, explain that when the police were about to arrest him, the man committed suicide before their eyes with a gun.

Defendants face life imprisonment

Following the death of Arabella, the eldest of three sisters adopted by the McCormack family, the other two young girls were quickly placed in another foster family. Their adoptive mother meanwhile, as well as her parents, Stanley and Adella Tom, have all three been accused of torture and murder by American justice and face life imprisonment.
