Tiffany Haddish arrested
Actress wants to get help after second incident
Tiffany Haddish has vowed to improve after her second drunk driving arrest. Such an incident will “never” happen again.
American actress Tiffany Haddish, 43, has vowed to get help after her recent drunk driving arrest. The “Girls Trip” star was arrested on Friday morning (local time). Already in 2022, Haddish was stopped on suspicion of drunk driving.
“Learning balance and boundaries”
Her Tesla parked itself on the way home, but blocked part of the road. Police officers who were called to the scene arrested her on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. After a few hours she was released again. She is now “in good spirits” and praised the Beverly Hills police for their professionalism and handling of the situation.
There was a similar situation at the beginning of 2022
It is the second time in two years that Haddish has been arrested for drunk driving. The first incident occurred in January 2022. At that time she was arrested in Atlanta – she was also discovered sleeping at the steering wheel. Haddish was then charged with drunk driving and unlawful stopping on the road and was eventually released after posting bail of $1,666 (around 1,500 euros). She then joked about her arrest in several TV appearances. So she asked on the “Ellen DeGeneres Show” if the audience wanted to see her mugshot. When it was shown on screen she said: “Still cute… looks good.” Now she seems to be taking things more seriously.
