Til Schweiger is back in public: on Instagram he posted two pictures with his favorite colleague Tina Ruland.
Til Schweiger (59) dares a small comeback: the filmmaker posted a picture with his “favorite actress” on Instagram, in Bavaria he attended a Bundeswehr event.
Since a “Spiegel” report from April this year, in which Schweiger was accused of abuse of power and alcohol on the film set, the actor had largely withdrawn from the public eye. On Instagram he only posted two pictures on June 20, where he celebrated the wedding of his “Manta Manta – Zwoter Teil” colleague Tamer Trasoglu (40).
He spent most of the rest of the time in his retreat on Mallorca. There he continued to work: “Projects, writing screenplays”, he revealed on the blue light day of the Bundeswehr “RTL”.
Meeting with his favorite actress
During his break, Schweiger apparently also receives visitors – at least from dear colleagues. “Manta Manta” actress Tina Ruland (56) was with him last weekend, as shown by two photos in intimate poses on Instagram. In one, Ruland appears to be sitting on the filmmaker’s lap with his arms around him, both smiling at the camera. In the second, the two sit close together in front of an old “FKK Strand” sign, holding hands.
Schweiger writes in English about a red heart about the pictures: “Had a great Sunday afternoon with my favorite actress.” As can be seen in Ruland’s Instagram story, she was on the Spanish island for an event.
