Tineco enriches its catalog with a new series of cordless stick vacuum cleaners. The Pure One S15 are logically positioned above the Pure One S12, whose Pro Ex model pleasantly surprised us during our test. Let’s hope that the new models will be able to raise the bar a little higher still. In any case, several interesting new features are worth noting, especially on the Pure One S15 Pro. The highest-end model in the series, it will, at least initially, be accompanied by the Pure One S15 Pet and Pure One S15 Essentials.
New for filtration, brush and base
First of all, Tineco is adopting multicyclonic filtration across the entire range, the models of which should thus separate dust from the air more effectively “to keep the filter clean longerThis new filter separating the main cyclone — PureCyclone, from its name — actually adds a pre-filter, a mesh filter and a HEPA filter, for a 5-stage filtration that we are promised able capture 99.9% of allergens.
In addition, the Pure One S15 comes with a new ZeroTangle brush designed to avoid hair tangles thanks to the combination of a double comb and oblique bristles, but also a new FreeStnd floor base. rather than screwing to the wall; tenants will appreciate. This base also acts as a charger and has several slots for accessories. Finally, the Pure One S15 Pro gains a bonus LCD screen for displaying the battery level (and an estimate of the remaining time, hopefully), the suction power or even notifications.
The Pure One S15 Pet and Essentials inherit the more rudimentary indicators of the Pure One S12. The other differences should mainly lie in the accessories supplied, but we can only confirm this after receiving the complete technical data sheets. While waiting for the brand to respond to us, we do not have any information concerning the autonomy or the power of the new models, for example. We do know, however, that they will use the iLoop technology of the previous generation for automatic power adjustment, and that they will also have one-hand collector emptying or wifi connection.
The Pure One S15 Pet is now available for pre-order at the recommended retail price of €499, with a €50 discount valid until July 8. Shipments will begin on the 11th of the month, with a motorized mini-brush and a spare pre-filter in addition to the dusting brush and the crevice tool planned with the Essentials version. The latter is also to be expected for the month of July, at a price of 399 €. On the other hand, Tineco is not yet able to communicate a price and a precise release date for the S15 Pro, even if a launch before the end of the year has been confirmed to us.
