In an interview with the US magazine Entertainment Weekly, leading actor Brenton Thwaites commented on the possible plot of season 4.
He said: “I’d love to see a story develop between Superboy and the Titans. […] We have seen many times that he is good, a team player and really sticks to Dick’s ethics and values. But we all know he has a hidden dark side that would be really interesting to explore.”
“We could go intergalactically to Tamran and explore that relationship a little more. They could come to Earth, and we could have this big alien explosion. Dick could have his relationship with Bruce Wayne [Iain Glen] explore a little. Maybe they could start to develop a personal relationship that’s a little detached from the business side of the father-son thing, which Dick has always felt a certain level of animosity toward him.”

It can be assumed that the main actors will continue to be seen in season 4. These are embodied by Brenton Thwaites, Anna Diop, Teegan Croft and Ryan Potter.
HBO Max just announced that Franka Potente (“Run Lola Run”, “Taboo”), Joseph Morgan (“The Originals”) and Lisa Ambalavanar (“Doctors”) joined the cast for Season 4.
Morgan will portray Sebastian Blood/Brother Blood, an introvert with a high level of intelligence and a hidden, dark nature. Potente will play May Bennett/Mother Mayhem, a violent leader with an unwavering belief in her mission in the world.
Ambalavanar will star as Jinx, a quick-witted criminal loner and master of dark magic who enjoys manipulating others and wreaking havoc in the process. This is reported by the US magazine Deadline.
