As a football pro, Tom Brady has won what there is to win. Now he resigns – and wants to be a husband and father.
22 seasons, seven of them crowned with a Super Bowl victory: US footballer Tom Brady (44) is the superstar of his sport. But now it seems to be over as US media consistently report. At the age of 44 and as the holder of countless records, Brady is retiring.
The decision was made primarily for the family. Brady has been married to supermodel Gisele Bundchen (41) since 2009 and they have two children together named Vivian Lake (9) and Benjamin (12).

Brady is said to have announced his retirement earlier this week. Speaking on his Let’s Go podcast, he said: “You [Gisele, Anm. d. Red.] deserves what she needs from me as a husband. And my children deserve what they need from me as a father.” Now the decision has been made.
He was able to win six of his seven Super Bowl triumphs with the New England Patriots. About a year ago, on February 7, 2021, he managed another win with Tampa Bay.
