Jack and Rayane’s first kiss interrupted by…
In an excerpt from the episode of Tomorrow belongs to us from Monday, February 20 unveiled in preview this morning by TF1, Jack tries to adapt to his new reality: his eyesight improves and he begins to distinguish shapes. Even if his vision remains very blurry.
He then receives a visit from Rayane, who wishes to thank him for having taken risks for him a few days earlier by giving false testimony: “It was so cool to have tried to help me with the cops. Didn’t you have too much trouble? Still, it was hot. False testimony, you’re a bit crazy man”.
“I am the blind, but you are the one who sees nothing”Jack replies, admitting in a half-word that he took the risk of lying to the police to save him because he is in love with him.
Embarrassed, Rayane changes the subject and announces to his friend that he has found the DVD they need for their English lesson. But Jack insists: “Why do you help me all the time?”. Rayane, who continues to protect herself by using humor, hides her feelings behind the fact that Jordan and Lizzie’s brother is the only one who can handle it.
“Have to help the blind, right? I’m kidding (laughs). Let’s say you’re kind of the only person who can put up with my shitty character, so I don’t have much choice”.
But Jack is not fooled: “Rayane, I wish you were serious sometimes”he throws, a smile on his face.
Gathering his courage in both hands, Karim’s nephew ends up slowly approaching Jack’s face and is on the verge of kissing him when Audrey (Charlotte Gaccio) arrives in the apartment and interrupts them. Postponing the moment that all fans of Tomorrow Belongs to Us have been waiting for.

Asked by us about this theory, Dimitri Fouque remained very mysterious, only admitting: “Is there a theory that says that? Ah, that’s funny. It would be interesting because their relationship starts through that, through the fact that Rayane helps Jack. It evolves through that, especially with the cane that he gives him. So it’s true that Jack might want Rayane to continue helping him, that’s not stupid. It would be fun. People have good ideas (laughs)”.
