In a new excerpt from “Tomorrow belongs to us” which promises to melt the hearts of fans of the soap opera, Gabriel (Martin Mille) launches out and finally confesses his feelings to Soraya (Kenza Saïb-Couton). How will the lawyer react?
After weeks of hesitation to turn around, Gabriel will finally open his heart and reveal his feelings to Soraya in the next episodes of Tomorrow belongs to us. Will the reaction of his colleague and friend be the one hoped for by Morgane’s son? Nothing is less sure…
In a new excerpt from Tomorrow belongs to us unveiled in advance by TF1Gabriel (Martin Mille) questions Soraya (Kenza Saïb-Couton) about her love life and tries to find out if she has seen Simon Leclercq (Sofiane Francine), her fellow lawyer who seems to have views on her.
Astonished, Soraya replies to the young man that he does not have to manage his schedule outside of work, before confirming to him that she has accepted an invitation to lunch from Simon, who has visibly shown up. faithful to himself, even if the lawyer seems happy to have discovered new, unsuspected facets of Aaron’s brother (Stany Coppet).
“We had lunch together this afternoon. Clearly the guy does not take himself for shit. Afterwards, he has more humor than I thought”admits Soraya, to the great despair of Gabriel, who has the feeling that the one he loves in secret is not insensitive to the charm of Leclercq.
“Do you like it? I wonder why you’re wasting your time with this guy. I thought we agreed that he was an asshole”he throws to Soraya, annoyed and disappointed, before finally jumping in and making a statement to Noor’s sister.
Gabriel finally opens his heart to Soraya, but…
The moment that fans of Tomorrow Belongs to Us have been waiting for long weeks has finally arrived. Despite the reservations that both of them may have regarding Noor (Sahelle De Figueiredo), Gabriel decides to let his heart speak and confess to Soraya that he has feelings for her.
“Maybe after all I don’t see you just as a friend”Gabriel admits, before Soraya interrupts him and points out that they had promised not to talk again about what happened a few days ago, when they almost kissed after having a little too much drank.
Yet Gabriel cannot act as if nothing had happened. And as if he wasn’t constantly thinking about the young lawyer. “I am always thinking of you”he continues, ready to make a fiery statement to Soraya.
“I can’t wait to get to work in the morning, I don’t want to leave in the evening. I want to tell you about the slightest thing that happens to me. I need to have your opinion on everything. And above all I want to be near you I want to kiss you And the other night I’m pretty sure you felt the same way I did And for Noor, I know it doesn’t. isn’t happening, and I’m ok with that, I can hear it perfectly, but I need to know if I’m making movies or if you feel the same too”.
Unfortunately for Gabriel, Soraya, who has nevertheless half-heartedly admitted to Victoire and Lisa that she has a crush on him, decides to stick to her guns and make him believe that she does not share his feelings: “You make movies. I’m sorry eh, I like you, but not like that. And I really wish we would stop having this kind of conversation, because it makes me uncomfortable”.
Hurt, Gabriel watches Soraya leave and remains silent. Should fans of Tomorrow Belong to Us lose hope of seeing Soraya and Gabriel get together?
