Tomorrow belongs to us: Karim’s family soon to be introduced in the series [EXCLU]

While Karim and Anna have decided to adopt a child in “Tomorrow belongs to us”, the character played by Samy Gharbi will soon see his family land in Sète for the first time since the launch of the series on TF1.

In five years of adventures, each more incredible than the next, viewers of Tomorrow belongs to us have been able to meet many relatives, whether parents, brothers and sisters, or cousins, of Chloé (Ingrid Chauvin), Victoire ( Solène Hébert), Aurore (Julie Debazac), or even William (Kamel Belghazi).

But some emblematic characters from TF1’s daily soap opera have not yet had the chance to see their past – and with it, their family tree – explored by the screenwriters. Like Karim (Samy Gharbi), whose family we know nothing about, apart from the fact that he has a daughter, Nina, who was present in the first seasons.

On the occasion of the first convention Tomorrow belongs to us, during which Ingrid Chauvin notably gave news of Clément Rémiens, Samy Gharbi however exclusively announced very good news to us: Karim’s family will soon land in the series. !

“He is preparing nice things for the future”entrusted the interpreter of Karim to our microphone between two dedications at the City of Science and Industry of La Villette in Paris. “What I can say is that they will finally bring the character’s family into the series. It’s cool and it’s super interesting to develop”.

It is not yet known which members of the Saeed family will be introduced in the series, and which actors will lend their features. But this new plot should probably arrive on the air this fall, without further details for the moment.

It also remains to be seen whether the arrival of Karim’s family in Sète will be linked, directly or indirectly, to the desire for a child of the character and his partner Anna (Maud Baecker), who after having gone through a terrible ordeal (Anna , seriously injured in the abdomen, learned that she could no longer have children) decided to embark on an adoption procedure.

This intrigue should in any case continue during the next season of Tomorrow belongs to us, even if Maud Baecker assured us a few weeks ago that the arrival of the baby was not planned immediately.

“It’s not for now”she told us during the Monte-Carlo television festival. “And that’s normal, because an adoption is often quite long. There will still be some drama before, some twists and turns, but we hope that it will work out afterwards. It also feels good when things are more peaceful in the couple. So we will see what the authors have in store for us for the future”.

One thing is certain: we can’t wait to see Anna meet her in-laws in the weeks or months to come.
