Tomorrow belongs to us (spoilers): the identity of the serial killer revealed?

On May 5 in Tomorrow belongs to us (TF1, 7:10 p.m.), Anna sinks into guilt, Brigitte makes a decision and Sébastien suspects the return of a serial killer…

In the episode of tomorrow belongs to us Thursday, May 5, 2022, at Saint-Clair Hospital, Anna (Maud Baecker) is seen by Dr. Chardeau (Axel Kiener) for her post-op follow-up. Physically, everything is fine, but the gynecologist advises her to consult a psychiatrist to recover from the consequences of her operation. Indeed, Anna can no longer have children and feels guilty for not having listened to Karim (Samy Gharbi) when there was still time. On George’s advice, Karim organizes a nice surprise for Anna on the beach. The couple kiss languidly, but Anna doesn’t feel ready to go any further. Upset, she confesses to Karim that she really wanted to have a baby with him. The young policeman admits that he does too, but what matters now is them.

At the Daunier-Jacob, Pierre (Laurent Olmedo) is angry. It is certain that William (Kamel Belghazi) and Aurore (Julie Debazac) brought in Régis (Francis Perrin) to separate him from Brigitte (Catherine Jacob). Seeing her grandfather accuse her parents, Manon (Louvia Bachelier) confesses. It was she who called Régis to reunite her grandparents. Pierre is beside himself. He doesn’t understand why everyone is trying to separate him from Brigitte, who is very happy with him. For William and Aurore, it’s too much. If Pierre wanted to get back together, he could have chosen anyone other than Brigitte. Determined to protect his territory, Pierre visits Brigitte at the villa. Seeing him, Régis gets very angry and physically attacks him. Shocked, Pierre has a vagal discomfort.

Later, Pierre confides in Brigitte that he was moved by Régis’s words. He now knows how much he loves his wife. Lost, Brigitte admits that Régis has her qualities, her share of faults. By mutual agreement, Pierre and Brigitte put an end to their relationship. Pierre admits that he will need time to forget her and promises to be there if, one day, she needs freedom again. In the evening, Régis and Brigitte pack their bags. They have decided to go on a trip to California and will probably not return this summer. Before leaving, Régis thanks Manon. Without her, he would have lost his wife.

Sébastien suspects the return of a famous serial killer

On the way to pastry, Tristan (Mathieu Alexandre) meets Bart (Hector Langevin). He tells her that he now works at Gaëlle’s pastry shop. Everything is going wonderfully, apart from the fact that the pastry chef rejected his advances the day before. Arriving at the bakery, Tristan and Bart find Gaëlle’s body. Arms outstretched, eyes wide open, the young woman was murdered by the same person as Violette Lenoir, the florist in Sète. Not only is Carl Dargaud innocent, but the Sète police have a serial killer on their hands. Arriving on site, the prosecutor Perraud (Xavier Deluc) makes an astonishing observation: Gaëlle was specialized in wedding cakes, just as Violette made flower arrangements for matrimonial events. Driven by his intuition, Sébastien returns to the florist’s workshop and finds a tiger rose bud. He immediately calls the archives of the Versailles prosecutor’s office and asks for Loïc Mercier’s file…

Questioned by Martin (Franck Monsigny), Tristan explains that he had been working for Gaëlle for some time. However, he fails to mention his relationship with her. Suspicious, Bart finds Louise (Alexandra Naoum) at the Spoon and tells her that Tristan lied to the police.. Louise thinks that in her place, she would also have hidden some things, especially if it didn’t help the investigation. At the police station, Damien (Adrien Rob) explains to George (Mayel Elhajaoui) that a tiger rose, a very rare species of flower, has been discovered in Gaëlle’s trachea. It looks like a signature, but no rose was found on Violette. In the evening, Sébastien asks Martin to come and see him. He reveals to her that he has found a tiger rose in Violette Lenoir’s workshop, and adds that this is not the first time that wedding professionals have been targeted by a serial killer. Ten years earlier, he dealt with a certain Loïc Mercier, a psychopath nicknamed the tiger rose killer…
