Tomorrow belongs to us (spoilers): the sad consequences of the accusation on Chloé and her family

January 28 in Tomorrow belongs to us, strange reunion for Maxime and his daughter. Accused of mistreating Céleste, Chloé takes custody of her youngest child.

In the episode of tomorrow belongs to us Friday, January 28, Lilian (Sylvain Le Gall) made the decision not to have surgery. He cannot afford to be bedridden for a year and a half. This would mark the end of his fledgling football career. And this, despite the warning from Noor (Sahelle de Figueiredo) about the risk of injury he incurs and which could occur more regularly in the future. A concern for his patient noticed by Bénédicte (Honorine Magnier) who will take care of the rehabilitation of the young man. She therefore advises her colleague not to get too involved. Except Noor can’t help it. Thereby, she rushed over to comfort Cedric (Julien Cheminade) on the choice of his son. Especially since it creates tension at home, Irene (Thaïs Kirby) absolutely wanting Lilian to have surgery and therefore not hiding her anger. An open-hearted conversation that does Cédric good. A little after, Lilian offers Noor to go have a drink together, he wants to thank her and above all to get to know her better. Invitation she managed to dodge. On her way home, Noor reveals to Gabriel (Martin Mille) – much to his chagrin – that she has fallen for someone but refuses to tell him who it is. Nevertheless, her gestures towards Cédric betray her

Maxime (Clément Rémiens) is finally passing through Sète, before his big departure for San Francisco! But this reunion is, to say the least, special given the circumstances. If Maxime is delighted to find his father (Alexandre Brasseur) at the family home, happiness is short lived. Chloé (Ingrid Chauvin) is summoned by Martin (Franck Monsigny) and the ASE inspector. They wish to have explanations on the way in which anxiolytics were able to be found in large quantities in Celeste’s antibiotics. For this mother, there is no doubt: it is Andrea (Aurélien Foubert) who hides behind all this. He wants revenge for being fired. Except that there is a catch: Celeste’s first fall dates well before Andrea’s dismissal. Worse, the only fingerprints on the bottles of antibiotics and anxiolytics are those of Chloe. The inspector’s theory is simple: exhausted by her new responsibilities in high school, she would have drugged her daughter to calm her down and be able to rest, and to avoid any accusation, she would have taken the lead in firing Andrea. Karim and Martin refuse to believe it.

Chloe remains the main suspect

Especially since Chloe’s brother-in-law discovered that Andrea’s mother – who died when he was only 12 – looks like two drops of water to Chloe. So the captain thinks he’s having a fix on her. A hypothesis approved by Anna (Maud Baecker) but refuted by the main interested party. Andrea also takes advantage of her summons by the police to specify that Chloe was the only one to give Celeste her antibiotics, that she had even insisted that he not take care of them. Despite the investigation by the ASE, Chloé remains the main suspect. And the consequences are terrible: she temporarily loses custody of her youngest and is forbidden to approach it. Céleste is placed in a foster home, while the whole family remains helpless and dejected. Maxime, who does not hide his anger, seems ready to do anything to unravel the true from the false. Case to follow in tomorrow belongs to us
