Tomorrow belongs to us (spoilers): Vanessa contacts Georges and Camille gets fired

On Friday February 9 in Tomorrow Belongs to Us (7:10 p.m., TF1), Georges hears from Vanessa who explains to him that she will soon give birth to their child while Bart decides to send Camille away.

In the February 9 episode of Tomorrow Belongs to Us, Georges and Mélody spent the night together and are already planning to have dinner together. At the police station, Georges remains discreet but Nordine and Karim notice that he is wearing the same clothes as the day before. However, he is pulled out of his reverie by a call from Vanessa, still in prison, who is entering her ninth month of pregnancy. She reminds him that George promised to take care of their child, and adds that she is sure he will be a great father. Georges assures that he will keep his promise but he has difficulty handling this information. Elsewhere in Sète, Christelle and Sylvain take Charlie to the airport. The young lady leaves for Canada as expected, and his surrogate parents hardly blame the blow.

Meanwhile at the Spoon, Camille still has trouble getting used to being a waitress. Despite the help of Bruno who gives her a hand with two clients, Camille continues into mischief and spills tomato juice on the lawyer’s dress of Simon, Aaron’s brother. The latter allows himself a remark to Bart, who then summons Camille. He believes he has given him enough time to get used to the ropes but cannot afford further blunders and prefer to send it back. Nathan then suggests that Camille intervene on his behalf with Bart, but Camille explains that it is better this way. Finally, on the investigation side, new twists and turns shake everything up. At the hospital, Marianne is forced to announce to Agnès that the disfigured man she thought was her husband for two weeks is actually Christian Auffray, Cécile’s ex.

Cécile is taken away by the police

Agnès, who realizes that her husband has disappeared two weeks ago, is devastated. At the police station, Martin and Sara wonder if Christian would have come to Sète to prevent his ex-wife Cécile from getting married, and if he would have been attacked by someone who did not want him to intervene. Suspicions once again fall on Cécile who has no alibi verifiable for the day Christian was found in a coma. Gilles, also questioned, has proof that he worked late on January 19. Martin, however, reminds him that he hid from them that Christian had come to see him to warn him against Cécile. Gilles explains that he did not want to burden his fiancée but promises that he and Cécile did not know that Christian had come to Sète. Shortly after, Gilles comforts Cécile who admits to being hurt that the police suspect her. When he tells her about the wedding, she explains that she doesn’t think it’s a good idea and decides to cancel it. Later, Sara arrives to take Cécile on boardwhose DNA was found on the clothes worn by Christian on the day of his attack…
