Tomorrow belongs to us: the past of François (Emmanuel Moire) resurfaces, Adam and Charlie in danger

After the plot of the plane crash, “Tomorrow belongs to us” will switch to a new narrative arc centered on François (Emmanuel Moire), who will do everything to understand what really happened to his father. Check out the trailer.

Present in Tomorrow belongs to us for almost a year and a half, François Lehaut, the French teacher played by Emmanuel Moire, will finally be entitled to a plot that is fully devoted to him.

The opportunity for fans of the TF1 soap opera to learn a little more about the past of this character who, as so often in Tomorrow belongs to us, hides his share of wounds and well-buried secrets.

While the arch on the plane crash has just closed, with the hope of seeing Roxane (Raphaële Volkoff) escape prison thanks to the intervention of Aurore (Julie Debazac), despite a new tragedy to come , a brand new plot entitled “Abandoned” began in the last minutes of the episode broadcast this Friday, January 20 on TF1.

Intrigued by a medal that Adam (Alain le Bars) found on the beach, François takes a closer look at the object and remains amazed: he is certain, this medal, given to French peacekeepers who served in Lebanon, belongs to his father !

As revealed the trailer for this new narrative ark of Tomorrow belongs to us, unveiled last night by TF1, François has not heard from his father since the age of 13. He had then left with his mistress, and François never saw him again. But the discovery of this medal upsets all the certainties of the French teacher.

What happened to François’ father?

Indeed, Damien (Adrien Rob) discovers traces of blood on the medal in question. And the analyzes are formal: the blood found is undoubtedly that of François’ father, the probability being 99%.

Faced with this enigma, the police decide to launch a search warrant. And François no longer knows what to believe: “I’ve lived with this idea that my father abandoned me for 27 years, and I suddenly find out that it was wrong”.

Did François’ father return to Sète after his departure? Was he killed? And if so, by whom?

One thing is certain: according to this trailer full of mystery, a malicious person seems determined to ensure that the truth does not come out. “If you care about your loved ones, don’t stir up the past”launches him in effect a doctored voice during an anonymous threatening call.

And the threats do not stop there because while François discovers that the tires of his car have been punctured, Adam is attacked at their home. Before Charlie (Clémence Lassalas) in turn becomes the target of this individual ready for anything. And that a high school chandelier threatens to come crashing down on Charlie and Chloe (Ingrid Chauvin) in the very last seconds of the trailer.

Will François shed light on the gray areas of his past? Is the man he confronts in these first images really his father? And what role will Muriel Faure, the ex-mistress of Lehaut’s father played by Valérie Kaprisky, play in this whole story?

Answer in the sequel to Tomorrow belongs to us on TF1.
