Monday February 28 in Tomorrow belongs to us…
BENJAMIN MAKES A DECISION ABOUT VICTORY
In the early morning, Victoire arrives at Georges. Indeed, she finds it strange that the Garniers have decided to go on a trip while their daughter is still missing. Even if he thinks there is no reason to be alarmed, the policeman calls Lionel to be sure. In vain. As Victoire begs him to do something, Georges contacts Roxane and asks her to block the Garnier’s phone.
At the same time, Fanny, Lionel and Emma leave their apartment. Although the teenager is not feeling well, her mother helps her into the car. She may beg them not to force her to have an abortion, Lionel reminds her that she is only 16 years old and that she must obey them. When they come across a police roadblock, Fanny begins to understand that they made a mistake and that they risk losing their daughter.
Shortly after, Emma is transported to the hospital while Lionel is questioned by the police. The latter then confirms that his daughter returned home on Tuesday at the end of the day. If the couple were happy to find her, Lionel did not want to see his daughter ruin her future by having a baby. That’s why they wanted to force her to have an abortion. For Georges, they will need a good lawyer because they will be prosecuted for kidnapping, endangering the lives of others and obstructing justice.
For her part, Emma lost her baby. Benjamin, who has been released, therefore goes to his bedside. Knowing full well that she is brave, the doctor assures us that she will overcome this ordeal and that when the time comes she will have another child. Faced with his benevolence, Emma tells him that she would have liked to have had a father like him. Words that touch a lot Benjamin who also recognizes that he would have been happy to have a daughter like her. Very angry with her parents, Emma decided to leave Sète to settle with her grandparents in Ardèche.
Later, Victoire meets Benjamin in the halls of the hospital. After making sure Emma was okay, she states that if he had told her sooner, she could have understood and even helped him. However, Benjamin isn’t so sure because the day he told her the truth, that’s not the impression she gave him. Although he loves her, he is unfortunately not certain of succeeding in overcoming this ordeal. Victoire begs him to give their relationship a second chance, but Benjamin, who knows they can never fix what’s broken, says he’s sorry and then leaves.
CEDRIC RECEIVES A STRANGE MESSAGE
At the roommate, Gabriel heard Noor crying all night and therefore goes to his room to check on him in the early morning. At worst, she confirms to him that his love story is over. Gabriel then gives her his support and takes her in his arms to comfort her.
At the hospital, Noor then announces to Marianne that she is stopping her internship. Doctor Delcourt would like to understand why she made this choice but the young woman does not want to tell him more. Having no desire to see her leave, Marianne summons Cédric to clear up this story. However, the nurse claims that he does not know what prompted his intern to quit.
Without waiting, Cédric joins Noor to convince her not to ruin her future because of him, but she says that without him, she no longer wants anything. Cédric blames himself for being selfish and not thinking about the consequences of his actions. While Noor would like them to continue seeing each other as before, Cédric sticks to his guns, pointing out that she deserves better than stolen moments. As they head off in opposite directions, Noor and Cédric turn back to kiss passionately. After she begs him to give their story a chance, he agrees.
In the evening, Cédric is spending time with his family when he receives a photo on his phone of him and Noor kissing earlier in the day with the message “you’re going to pay”.
SOPHIE USES NORDINE TO FIND NEW CUSTOMERS
Financially in the red, Sophie was unable to pay the rent and general expenses to Raphaëlle. So she sends a message to Nordine to invite her to lunch. For his part, Martin offers his son to have lunch with him. Unfortunately, he declines, explaining that he has an appointment with Sophie. Certain that the lawyer is using him to find new clients, Commander Constant warns him. According to him, Sophie is a praying mantis who will dump him as soon as she gets what she wants from him. However, Nordine refuses to believe it and decides to take the risk.
Subsequently, he joined Sophie at the Spoon. When he talks to her about the testimony of a woman relating to a case of domestic violence, the lawyer is very interested. Without realizing it, the policeman also tells him that the victim is in the hospital and that she should be discharged the next day.
At the end of their lunch, Nordine and Sophie decide to meet again. After placing a kiss on his cheek, the lawyer rushes to the hospital to meet the victim. Once she promises him that her husband will not go unpunished, Sophie gives him her card as well as an appointment the following Monday.
