Monday September 25 in Tomorrow Belongs to Us…

VANESSA IS FINALLY ARRESTED

The situation is particularly tense in the forest since Bart and Vanessa are holding each other at gunpoint. Georges, who finds himself in the middle, immediately asks them to lower their weapons. If Vanessa seems to cooperate, this is not the case for Bart who refuses to see the woman who killed Louise escape alive. While George begs him to lower his gun, Vanessa raises hers then threatens to kill him to protect her baby.

Georges explains to Bart that this child has nothing to do with it, but the latter, who doesn’t want to hear anything, reminds him that he wanted a child with Louise but that Vanessa ruined everything. When Georges implores him not to do anything stupid, Aurore and Sara intervene. The situation then turns into a catastrophe. While Vanessa shoots Bart, Aurore shoots Vanessa. If Bart has nothing, this is not the case for Vanessa who was shot in the leg. As she fears losing the baby, Georges tries to reassure her by telling her that the doctors will take good care of her.

The next morning, Soizic asks Aaron about Vanessa. Although his femoral artery was affected, the doctor managed to stop the bleeding. Vanessa’s days are therefore no longer in danger. The fetus is still viable. News that seems to relieve Soizic. It must be said that Doctor Vernet feels compassion for the young woman.

At the police station, Aurore criticizes Bart for having jeopardized a police intervention. Even though he put Georges’ life in danger, the latter gave up filing a complaint against him. Indeed, the policeman understands what Bart went through when his wife died. He will therefore not be worried for what he did.

For her part, Soizic announces to François and Charlie that she is going home. After thanking the couple for their welcome, she leaves. Once alone, the tension is palpable between François and Charlie because she still scolds him after discovering that he had hidden the truth about his state of health from her. Once he asks her for forgiveness, the French teacher suggests that he go away for the weekend to get together. However, Charlie refuses because it hurt her deeply. In fact, the young woman has the feeling of not existing in the eyes of her companion. When he asks what he could do to make it up to him, Charlie replies that she doesn’t think it’s possible.

At the Spoon, Mona criticizes George for not telling her the truth. The head of the Spoon really thought that her son was going to leave with Vanessa and screw up his life. Upon joining them, Victoire tells Georges how courageous she found him to stop Vanessa. Even if he never doubted that his place was in prison, Georges nevertheless recognizes that the decision was not easy to make. He was even scared when she was injured. Although they have difficulty understanding, Mona and Victoire try to find out what he is going to do with the baby. However, Georges does not respond.

At the hospital, Soizic reassures Vanessa by telling her that her baby is fine and that the pregnancy is going normally. If the doctor knows the sex of the baby, Vanessa nevertheless refuses to know. Soizic then explains to her that she will have medical monitoring and that the delivery will take place in a hospital environment. She also specifies that according to the law, she will be able to keep the baby with her until he is 18 months old. However, Vanessa rules out her child living his first days in prison and instead counts on Georges to take care of him.

VIOLET MEETS HER MOTHER

At breakfast, Damien informs Audrey that her mother arrived in Sète without warning. Indeed, Philippine discovered the truth about Violette in the press. Although he understands that she has come, Damien still has the impression that she is forcing his hand. It must be said that the police officer has not heard from his mother since she was 18. No longer able to stand her, Damien left the family home for her well-being. Although he is ready to make an effort to talk with her, he believes that Violette is not yet in a position to meet her. He therefore does not want to take the risk of disturbing the teenager when she is just starting to return to a normal life. For Audrey, this could help Violette move forward but Damien is not so sure, especially since Philippine can be harsh and even brutal sometimes.

Despite everything, Damien joins his mother at the Spoon. Since she wants to know if he has spoken to his sister, he replies that he wants to wait for the right moment to tell Violette that she is there. However, Philippine is impatient to see her daughter again, about whom she has thought every day for 14 years. Knowing she’s here and waiting to hug her is too hard for her. If Damien appears understanding, he nevertheless tries to make her understand that Violette is still fragile and that he wants to take the time to do things correctly.

Subsequently, Philippine admits that she has been harsh with her son in the past and especially after her daughter’s kidnapping. Being aware of having been a bad mother, she sincerely regrets it. If she should have told him all that at the time, Philippine nevertheless emphasizes that this is not a reason to punish her today. Damien then assures that this is not the case.

Later, Damien joins Violette and then tells her that their mother is in Sète. Only, the teenager doesn’t want to meet her because she’s not ready yet. In his eyes, Philippine is a stranger.

At the park, Violette meets Jordan. The opportunity for the young woman to tell him about the arrival of her biological mother. As he never knew his father, the son Roussel declared that he would agree to meet him if he had the opportunity.

Violette therefore changes her mind and ends up meeting Philippine at the Spoon. Since she’s nervous about seeing her, Damien guarantees that everything will go well. When Philippine arrives and sees her daughter, she bursts into tears before hugging her.

MARIANNE AND BRUNO FIND COMMON POINTS

Gilles takes great care of Marianne. But as usual, Doctor Delcourt is in a bad mood.

It’s still breakfast time when Bénédicte arrives at Marianne’s house to offer her help with rehabilitation. The opportunity for the latter to tell him how much she feels guilty for the explosion at school. After telling him that this could have happened to anyone, Marianne urges him to get rid of this feeling of guilt which really has nothing constructive. Moreover, Marianne is counting on her three weeks of rehabilitation to get to know her better. She even gives him a few rules so that things go well between them: punctuality, smile and above all never laugh at Gilles’ jokes.

At the end of the afternoon, Bruno arrives at Marianne’s house. In fact, the latter took care of shopping and going to the pharmacy so that Gilles could stay alongside his sister.

Subsequently, Bruno, Gilles and Marianne spend the afternoon playing cards and Marianne and Bruno find some things in common. If he was afraid of Marianne at the beginning, Nathan’s father ended up adoring her.

NOOR MAKES A MACABRE DISCOVERY

At the end of the day, Noor leaves the hospital. While walking in the parking lot, the young woman discovers blood flowing from the trunk of a car…
