Director Norman Jewison also calls for him, speaking of him as a young “Lord Byron”capable of having the vulnerability of a “Young James Stewart”.

Moonlight and Metropolis
For his part, Nic Cage draws inspiration from German expressionism for his large scene called “the bakery” in which Ronny evokes the difficulties of his life and in particular the fact of having lost his hand, by referencing a choreography present in Metropolis, in which the scientist reveals his robotic hand.
Give “Moonlight” a chance, a romantic comedy not quite like the others, especially in its ending during a kitchen scene which is worth the detour alone.
