It’s sad news that Tony Bauer fans now have to cope with: The comedian has to leave the show for health reasons. Another star gets another chance to fight for the title of “Dancing Star 2024” and that doesn’t seem to suit everyone.

Tony Bauer, 28, is leaving the dance show “Let’s Dance” early and not just on Friday at the end of the show, but now. For him and his dance partner Anastasia Stan, 26, ends her journey to become “Dancing Star 2024” here and that sends fans into a frenzy. The reason: Ann-Kathrin Bendixen, 24, will take his place.

This is how the community reacts

There are quite a few comments about Tony Bauer’s exit under the Instagram post of the official “Let’s Dance” profile in which the news was announced. Juror Joachim Llambi, 59, also tries to give his emotions the right words: “I’m sad, but health comes first,” he writes and emphasizes that all farmers would have liked to see tomorrow under competitive conditions. “I’m so sorry for him,” adds another user. “He and Anastasia were a perfect team,” confirms another fan. In addition to many well-wishes, there are also a lot of heart emojis, which should definitely put a little smile on Bauer and Stan’s faces despite the sad circumstances.

The replacement doesn’t have it easy

But there are not only positive opinions. In particular, the “replacement” for the comedian doesn’t seem to suit some people. One person writes: “No hate, but: Unfortunately, that really doesn’t do Ann-Kathrin any favors” and another notes: “Why do you have to bring Ann-Kathrin back?” Hard words that are certainly not easy to digest. But in addition to all the difficult and inappropriate comments, there is also a lot of support for the 24-year-old. So some fans wish her a lot of fun and just a great time, which she will certainly have.

Tony Bauer reacts to Aus: “That’s why the situation is so sad for me”

“It’s all incredibly fun and that’s exactly why the situation is so sad for me,” Bauer begins his message on Instagram and continues: “But the energy, the vitamins, nutrients and minerals that I now need for complete dance training can “can no longer be covered by parenteral nutrition alone”. The burden will now be reduced by the exit.

Dancing is not an easy undertaking for the comedian. Due to a serious health condition, Bauer carries a backpack through which he is fed artificially. His small intestine died at a young age, leading to a lifelong dependence on astronaut food. But the extreme demands of the show, which require intense training, strain even this particular diet.

His big farewell

However, the comedian will say goodbye again during the show with a magic moment that he will bring to the stage without competition. Ann-Kathrin Bendixen and Valentin Lusin, 37, will also show Bendixen’s Magic Moment on Friday evening and perform “Boogie Woogie” for Bauer at the Battle.
