(CercleFinance.com) – Eric Poncin, founder and CEO. of Toosla, announced to the Board of Directors his desire to gradually take a step back to engage in ‘other personal projects while ensuring a coordinated transition at the head of the company’.
Consequently, the Board of Directors, meeting on Friday July 28, 2023, decided to separate the functions of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and to appoint Panayotis Staïcos as Chief Executive Officer with immediate effect.
Eric Poncin remains Chairman until the Board of Directors on October 10, 2023, which will approve the half-year accounts. At that time, he will remain a director of Toosla and provide support for general management. Jean-François Boucher, co-founder and administrator since 2016, will then become the new President of Toosla.
In addition, Toosla published on Friday a turnover of 4.7 million euros for the 1st half, up 59% compared to the same period a year earlier, i.e. a volume of business greater than that achieved during the entire 2021 financial year (€4.1 million).
