January 9, 2024 – Toosla (ISIN code: FR00140062B9 – mnemonic code: ALTOO), digital player in short-term car rental, continues the execution of its 2024 Roadmap and enriches the user experience (UX) of its customers with two highly anticipated new services: rental at Paris airports and reservation from the website. These two extensions were made possible at lower cost thanks to the agility of the technological platform and the service extension capabilities.

Nearly 10 million travelers per month now eligible for the service


By opening the possibility of vehicle pick-up and return at the Parisian airports of Orly and Roissy Charles-de-Gaulle, Toosla makes its rental service accessible to nearly 10 million travelers each month. Renting a car to cover intermobility journeys, in addition to a train or a plane, constitutes the number one reason for car rental. By complementing its network, beyond the Parisian stations, Toosla thus perfects its coverage of the territory and optimizes its commercial potential.

Faithful to its strategy of expanding the market addressed without additional fixed costs (“do more and better with less”), Toosla has made the strategic choice to make its vehicles accessible at the airport without an agency and without waiting in order to offer a customer experience always simpler and in line with their needs.

The company draws on the experience acquired over the past 3 years through the deployment of its concierge service. This offer, very popular with customers, allows you to have your vehicle delivered and returned to an address chosen by the customer.

This service is offered to subscribers of the MyToosla program which allows, from €15.99 including tax per month, to have access to delivery and all options (car seat, additional driver, snow chains) at no extra charge.

A brand new reservation site


At the same time, Toosla has completely redesigned its Toosla.com website to transform the showcase of the offer into a real reservation channel. The objective is to make life easier for customers by offering them the possibility of booking directly from a computer (PC or Mac) or a tablet and not only from the smartphone which will serve as the start key during rental.

The challenge is in particular to open up to new categories of consumers, notably liberal professions, small businesses but also people who are not very adept at new technologies or who favor computers for this type of purchase out of habit.

During the deployment of these new services, Toosla unified the user experience of its customers by harmonizing the home pages on all media (PC/Mac, tablets and smartphones).
