The restaurant created 100 years later, in 2012, by chef Eric Guérin has had a star since 2015 and has welcomed many personalities. But far from being satisfied with this success, the young chef who experienced a painful coming out, has diversified. In addition to this activity, which is in the vein of his food truck Picorette, launched in 2018, which sold gourmet dishes to take away, David Gallienne opened a guest house. Nestled in the house of the former milkman of Giverny, O’Plum Art exploits the 1900 architecture of the building in a warm and bucolic style.
