In the absence of the injured wrestler king Joel Wicki, the two outstanding wrestlers of the season, Fabian Staudenmann and Samuel Giger, will meet on Sunday morning to start the match. Staudenmann and Giger recently attacked each other in 1st gear on the Brünig and at the Federal last year. Both duels ended in a posed situation, which is why Strebel “is not finished yet”.
Rigi winner Pirmin Reichmuth has to deal with last year’s ESAF finalist Matthias Aeschbacher. The 7th duel between Kilian Wenger and Armon Orlik is also eagerly awaited.
