Like the Sauter SPI4360B, the SPI4361B does not handle low temperatures very well. Other than this point, we don’t have much to say about its performance. Indeed, it rises quickly in temperature and is easy to use. We also appreciate the various pre-recorded power levels and the displays dedicated to each household.
Strong points
- Rapid rise in temperature on the largest hotplate.
- Each inductor has its own display.
- Two pre-programmed powers.
- Total power sufficient to use all inductors at maximum level.
Weak points
- Poor management of low temperatures.
- Tempo function unnecessary.

Apart from its behavior in low temperatures – and the absence of a twin zone for those who absolutely want it – it is difficult to find fault with the Sauter SPI4360B. It accomplishes its mission brilliantly while offering various relevant tips, such as the display dedicated to each cooking zone or the preprogrammable power levels.
