(CercleFinance.com) – Amundi Asset Management acting on behalf of the FCPE Total Actionnariat France which it manages, declared, by way of regularization, to have crossed downwards, on May 27, 2023, the threshold of 5% of the vote of TotalEnergies SE and hold, on that date, on behalf of said FCPE, 110,846,664 TotalEnergies SE shares representing the same number of voting rights, i.e. 4.45% of the capital and voting rights of this company.
This crossing of the threshold results from a reduction in the total number of voting rights of the company TotalEnergies.
