TotalEnergies: climbs in the wake of the barrel

(Boursier.com) — In the wake of crude, TotalEnergies wins 2.4% to 59.2 euros, leading a CAC40 which slumps. The energy giant is boosted by the acceleration in oil prices after Moscow’s decision to cut its oil production from next month. On the analyst front, Cowen adjusted its target from 58 to 55 euros with an opinion maintained at ‘market performance’ while DZ Bank adjusted its target from 65 to 66 euros (‘buy’). UBS reiterated its ‘buy’ advice and its target price of 65 euros.
