* TOTALENERGIES OBTAINS A NEW MARITIME LEASE IN THE NORTH SEA TO DEVELOP 1.5 GW OF OFFSHORE WIND
* UNDER THE TERMS OF THIS CONTRACT, OFFSHORE WIND ONE GMBH WILL PAY, NO LATER THAN JUNE 2025, 196 MILLION EUROS TO THE GERMAN FEDERAL GOVERNMENT
* THE CONCESSION WILL HAVE A DURATION OF 25 YEARS, EXTENDABLE TO 35 YEARS
