* UNITED STATES: TOTALENERGIES IS AWARDED A 20-YEAR CONTRACT TO SUPPLY 1.3 GW+ OF RENEWABLE ELECTRICITY TO NEW JERSEY

* NEW JERSEY HAS SELECTED THEIR ATTENTIVE ENERGY TWO OFFSHORE WIND PROJECT FOR A 20-YEAR CONTRACT TO PROVIDE 1.34 GW OF RENEWABLE ELECTRICITY TO THE STATE

* ATTENTIVE ENERGY TWO, OWNED BY TOTALENERGIES (70%) AND CORIO (30%), WON THE 3RD CALL FOR TENDER FOR OREC ORGANIZED BY THE PUBLIC NETWORKS AGENCY OF THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY

* THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE PROJECT IS EXPECTED TO GENERATE UP TO $105 MILLION OF INVESTMENT IN THE LOCAL ECONOMY AND THE CONSORTIUM IS AIMING TO BE COMMISSIONED IN 2031

* PROFITABILITY IS ENSURED BY THE GUARANTEED LEVEL OF REVENUE OF ORECS, AT THE PRICE OF $131 PER MWH IN THE FIRST YEAR FOLLOWING THE START OF COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS, WITH AN ANNUAL INCREASE OF 3%
