New week and new predictions for the FIFA 23 TOTW 15 Team of the Week. As usual, EA will offer new IF cards based on the results of the best professional players from the past week. For the moment, the TOTW (IF) card system seems to be the same as last year with a Featured card (highlighted) as well as fairly standard boosts depending on the level of the card. We therefore present to you our predictions for the new cards which will be available in the packs from Wednesday at 7 p.m.

Guardians Team of the Week 15
Kaylor Navas, Nottingham Forest, Premier League
What a debut for Kaylor Navas following his loan to Nottingham Forest! The former PSG and Real Madrid goalkeeper had a great game against Leeds, winning all three points. The goalkeeper gave of himself for his first meeting in the Premier League, injuring his face following a collision with a teammate. So we can’t wait to see the dynamic image on him.
Pedrag Rajkovic, Mallorca, La Liga
Beyond the many failed bets, this surprise victory for Mallorca at home could cost Real Madrid dearly. The defending champions see the first place slip away, following the super performance of Rajkovic in goal. The goalkeeper notably stopped a penalty, resisting attacks from Vinicius, Benzema and co.
Defender Predictions
Jordi Alba, FC Barcelona, La Liga
FC Barcelona is now widening the gap with Real following the results of last weekend. Jordi Alba’s teammates won their duel against Sevilla FC 3-0, allowing them to take the lead in the Spanish championship. The defender distinguished himself by scoring a goal in addition to distributing an assist, which should guarantee him a first TOTW card this season.
Raphael Guerreiro, Borussia Dortmund, Bundesliga
When a defender shines with three assists, it’s hard to ignore. This is why we place Raphaël Guerreiro here, the Borussia Dortmund player is used to playing a relatively attacking role on the wings, allowing him to contribute regularly in attack. A TOTW card should approach the stats of its World Cup version.
Midfielders
Steven Berghuis, Ajax, Eredivisie
And two TOTWs for Berghuis this year? The Dutch player continues his solid season with two goals and an assist in Ajax’s big victory against Cambuur (5-0). However, this card should be quite far from the level of its version obtained during the World Cup.
Kinglsey Coman, Bayern Munich, Bundesliga
In difficulty at the start of the year, Bayern revived with a solid performance against Wolfsburg. The main driver of this victory is none other than Kingsley Coman, the French striker scored two goals in the first half. This first TOTW could be of interest even if it will not be as powerful as its WC card.
Which Attackers in the TOTW 15?
Randal Kolo Muani, Frankfurt, Bundesliga
Author of nine goals this season, Kolo Muani seems to follow the same career start as other young French dominating in the German championship (like Christopher Nkunku lately). The young Frankfurt striker added two goals last weekend and could get his first FIFA 23 special card there. Be careful though, with the Futures Stars event underway, he might get a purple card instead. team 2.
Kelechi Iheanacho, Leicester, Premier League
After enjoying a moment of grace at the end of the 2021 season (a TOTW, MOTM and POTM card), Iheanacho went under the radar for almost two years on FIFA. But that should change, starting with a TOTW following his two goals and one assist last weekend.
FIFA 23 Featured Map of the Week
Ibanez, AS Roma, Serie A
One of the new features from last year, the Featured Team of the Week card is back in FIFA 23. For TOTW 15, our pick is AS Roma defender Ibanez. As José Mourinho’s team approaches the top of the rankings, the Portuguese was able to count on Ibanez. The Brazilian defender stood out with a goal and could be interesting if the boost is really substantial.
Cards that could appear in TOTW 15
We list here players who have a chance of appearing there but who, for various reasons should miss the selection of EA. The interest of listing these cards is to protect you from an investment point of view (see below) and thus potentially take some risks on less expected players.

How to get TOTW cards in FIFA 23?
TOTW cards are often interesting at high level but also for DCEs as well as to achieve specific objectives in friendly match mode. Therefore, even on players whose overall rating would be quite low, it is necessary to know how to get these TOTW cards on FIFA 23.
The first source is obviously the transfer market, where you can find a player’s TOTW cards in special versions of their cards. Be careful, however, because the IF cards sell for much more than the basic version. This is explained in particular by their rarity but also by the fact that the base price (in discard) is already quite high.
A second source remains gold packs of the game, which have these special cards for one week (from Wednesday to the following Wednesday at 7 p.m.). So be careful because once this week is over, it will be impossible to drop them in packs.
Additionally, Team of the Week cards are obtainable as a reward for FUTChampion (WL) depending on your ranking. If this year, the rewards could change, EA should not remove the presence of the TOTW cards. Similarly, the weekly ranking in Rivals allows to obtain TOTW cards although again, in FUT Champion mode (red).
Finally, specific TOTW Packs will be present during the season in ECDalthough the latter are often unprofitable because they are totally random.
Investments linked to TOTW predictions on FIFA 23
If the cards of the players selected in the Team of the week are often good sources of investment, it is also possible to earn credits via the TOTW. Indeed, there are several methods to speculate on the market.
Thus, the simplest and most regular is to bet on current TOTW players’ normal Gold cards. These are not present in the packs during the week, limiting the quantity of cards. If a player is looking to use these cards for DCEs or for their team, the prices can spike a lot. So buy the cards in anticipation of this rise, speculating on TOTW’s predictions. This technique is called OOP (Out of Packs, understand outside of packs) and also works for special cards in events. The more specific the card (big league, nation and rare position), the greater its potential. For example, a player like Jonathan Claus is very interesting because he is French, from Ligue 1 and on a relatively rare DD position in the Gold card. Therefore, his price in the Gold version could easily triple in OOP.
In addition, another method is to analyze future good TOTW cards and thus speculate on the cards related to them. For example, if Haaland receives a Team of the Week card, it’s likely players will be looking to incorporate him into their FUT roster. Thus, they will also seek to link this new card with other Premier League players, Man City players or even Norwegian players in order to create the best possible links. It is therefore possible to invest in cards allowing perfect links, just before the release of the new Team of the week. This technique will be useful with the release of special maps until around mid-December, before which time Team of the Week starts to look less interesting on FIFA 23.
Note that these two strategies require good anticipation of the market, but also finding the right timing. Often the cards to buy go up quickly, so you need to plan ahead who to buy. Also, this bull run won’t last long, so it’s necessary to play for a few days and quickly sell your cards.
