EA Sports has revealed the 80 players nominated for the FIFA 22 TOTY Team of the Year. There are six French players including midfielder Nabil Fekir.
Votes for the TOTY, the Team of the Year of FIFA 22, will be open this Monday January 10 at 5 p.m.. A total of 80 players have been nominated, and only 11 will be elected to receive a TOTY card in the EA Sports game. After the attackers on Friday, the rest of the selected were announced this weekend by the publisher.
There was only one Frenchman in the offensive list, Karim Benzema, the Real Madrid player. There are two more in the middle, Nabil Fekir and Ngolo Kanté, and two more at the back: Théo Hernandez and Jules Koundé. Among the favorites this season, EA has named Hakimi (PSG), Alaba (Real) or Alexander-Arnold (Liverpool). In the middle, we can bet on the presence of Bruno Fernandes (Manchester United) or Barella (Inter). Finally in attack, Chiesa (Juventus) and Lewandowski (Bayern). On the goalkeeper side, we find the Frenchman from Milan, Mike Maignan, but also the porter of PSG Donnarumma. Here is the full list.
