VShis is undoubtedly the most anticipated project in this new district in western Toulouse, where buildings have sprouted like mushrooms. A short distance from the Zénith, in the heart of a former military-industrial site of more than 80 hectares, the Halles de la Cartoucherie are hoped for for several reasons. Imagined and piloted by the Cosmopolis collective, this third place aims to animate the district, so that it does not become a huge dormitory. But also to make life easier for the inhabitants who have settled there and for those who will settle there in the years to come. Eventually, more than 10,000 people should live there…
This hybrid facility, which will mix gastronomy, culture, sport, well-being and concierge services over 13,000 square meters, aims to avoid the urban errors of the country…
