TPMP: Matthieu Delormeau and Jean-Michel Maire in the cold? The two columnists settle their accounts

Scrambled for months, Jean-Michel Maire and Matthieu Delormeau explained themselves. This Thursday, September 15, in Touche pas à mon poste, the former friends spoke at length about their friendship.

But what happened between Jean-Michel Maire and Matthieu Delormeau? Long friends, the two columnists of Touche not at my post have been away for several months. This distance, Jean-Michel Maire does not live it well and therefore decided to come and explain himself with the host of TPMP People. “One evening, I took it in the face that your disappointment of the year was me. It upset me, hurt me because if you had something to say to me you could have said it to my face”he first regretted, before revealing to know a “delicate financial situation” : “The taxes fell on me. I’m not complaining about it at all, I should have paid on time and I didn’t so there is a catch-up, which is completely normal “.

Ruined, Jean-Michel Maire would have liked Matthieu Delormeau to help him. And if Benjamin Castaldi offered him money, this is obviously not the case for the host of TPMP People. Quite the contrary. “We played poker and you won each time and suddenly, you participated in aggravating my debt, you dug my financial hole. And each time, you spoke to me about my debtadded Jean-Michel Maire on the Touche set not at my post. (…) It put pressure on me and I had less desire and need to see you because you reminded me that I owed you money. Annoyed and touched that his friend reminds him of this debt, Jean-Michel Maire especially wants to find his friend: “The most important thing is that we meet again, that we meet again. And I undertake to repay it”.

Matthieu Delormeau: “We are two very lonely people”

“It’s still a big sum but sorry, I don’t care about these 2,000 euros of an unnamed forcereacted Matthieu Delormeau, who wiped away a tear after his friend spoke. We had a real bond, I had no idea he had money problems.” Like Jean-Michel Maire, the columnist of Touche pas à mon poste regrets not seeing him anymore. “I was his best friend and when I leave the show, I don’t see him anymore. I was very sad. We are two very lonely people, we spent a lot of time together”, remembered Matthieu Delormeau, particularly moved. After long minutes of telling each other their four truths, the old friends patched things up. Cyril Hanouna and the TPMP team seemed very moved to attend their reunion!
