Netflix has unveiled the first images of the sequel to “Knives Out”, entitled “Glass Onion”, with Daniel Craig back for a new investigation, and a cast made up of a fine line-up of renowned actors!
A few months after bidding farewell to James Bond, Daniel Craig steps back into the shoes of Benoit Blanc in the sequel to the film Knives Out, titled Glass Onion. In this new investigation written and directed by Rian Johnson (Star Wars: The Last Jedi), the zany detective – intended as an homage to Agathie Christie’s Hercule Poirot – investigates a new mystery involving a list of colorful suspects.
On this occasion, the cast of the film brings together an impressive audience of renowned actors: in addition to Daniel Craig, the cast notably consists of Edward Norton, Kathryn Hahn, Leslie Odom Jr., Kate Hudson and even Dave Bautista. Surprise success of the year 2019, Knives Out was nominated the following year for the Oscar for Best Original Screenplay.
Premiered at the Toronto and London festivals, Glass Onion: A Tale at Daggers Drawn (its official title) will be released exclusively on Netflix on December 23. It should also be remembered that a third component has already been started by the platform.
