Transdev worried about energy prices


The public transport group is facing traffic that has been permanently affected by the Covid.

The three and a half weeks of war in Ukraine and the resulting spike in energy costs are already weighing on public transport operators. Transdev, which operates metros, trams, buses or trains in 18 countries (France, Germany, etc.), has quantified this additional cost: 15 million euros in January and February, which is added to 41 million in 2021, year in which energy prices were already rising.
