(Boursier.com) — Transition Evergreen is accelerating in green gas with Keiryo (formerly Green H2 Partenaires) which it owns 50% alongside Transition Hydrogène, a fund also managed by Aqua Asset Management.

Keiryo is accelerating in the green hydrogen segment with the ambition of becoming a benchmark player in the renewable or low-carbon hydrogen market in France and Europe. Keiryo is positioned as an integrator of complex systems bringing together development, financing and engineering skills to enable the emergence of hydrogen infrastructures, renewable or low carbon, for mobility and industrial uses. This notably involves the creation of innovative offers to accelerate the development of the sector, such as the ‘km as a service’ offer in the mobility segment or the monetization of CO2 credits. As the availability and cost of electricity are important components of hydrogen production, Keiryo will also rely on partnerships with low-carbon or renewable electricity suppliers in France and Europe.

Beyond the first projects under development in the South of France and an investment in Arhyze, developer and producer of green hydrogen, backed by a partnership for the financing of joint projects, Keiryo has also signed co- development of projects with the companies Evergaz (integrated operator specializing in the production of biogas) and SAFRA (a player in carbon-free hydrogen mobility), two holdings of Transition Evergreen.

These advances reinforce Transition Evergreen’s footprint in green gas, already present with Evergaz and SAFRA. These two companies are pursuing their own growth strategies, Evergaz in biogas and SAFRA in carbon-free mobility. They are also considering various options to finance this growth, which could result, depending on market conditions, in an IPO..
