(CercleFinance.com) – Voyageurs du Monde announces that it suffered a cyberattack on the night of May 15 to 16, an attack that was contained. The group has cut internet access and is planning a gradual resumption of activity from the beginning of next week.
From the point of view of its operations, the telephony and emails are functional as well as the client websites. Voyageurs du Monde can thus monitor the current departures of its customers as well as requests for new trips.
“To date, there is no element to tell us that our customers’ data has been stolen,” adds the tourism group, further specifying that no payment data is stored on its systems.
