These two variants therefore evolve slightly for this end of the year, retaining their aluminum frame, available in 5 sizes (27.5 inches in XS and S, 29 inches from M to XL), as well as their Bosch Performance Line CX motor. 85 Nm associated with a 625 Wh battery. Powerfly 5 and 7 e-MTBs evolving in detail

The Trek Powerfly 5 “Gen 4 – the entry ticket to hardtail – still features a RockShox Recon Silver RL fork with 120mm travel (80mm in XS/S), but now incorporates Shimano hubs. Its transmission remains Shimano Deore XT M8100 12 speed. For their part, the 203 mm hydraulic disc brakes and 4-piston MT400 calipers disappear in favor of Tektro HD-M475.

The Powerfly 7 Gen 4 e-MTB brings a specific RockShox 35 Gold RL fork (rising to 100 mm in XS/S). It features more high-end Bontrager rims, tires and grips than the “5” model, a Bosch Kiox 300 screen with Smart System (vs. Intuvia 100), SLX M7100 levers, cassette and chains, as well as SRAM DB 8 brakes. or Shimano M6100 depending on availability. The Trek Powerfly FS 7 goes to “Gen 3”, again without changing its aluminum frame. It also retains its dual suspension, with the Powerfly 7 fork and the RockShox SID Lux Select+ rear shock absorber. The electrical system is also identical with a Kiox console, and unchanged wheels fitted with in-house Bontrager XR4 Team Issue tires.
