The actor Michael Bouquet, monster of French cinema, died on April 13 last at the age of 96. Many paid tribute to him. The President of the Republic, who took the floor, and his wife were in the first row.
A successful actor
During his career, Michael Bouquet had been crowned with two César and two Molière prizes. The French actor had marked the history of the theater by playing in many plays, playing Molière and William Shakespeare and playing under the leadership of George Werler multiple times. He is particularly known for being the father of actress Carole Bouquet, who appeared in the films A perfect friend by Francis Girod, Unforgivable by André Téchiné or even Tiredness by Michel Blanc.
