When Poppy and Branch go to a wedding (not theirs), a good part of the “Trolls 3” team gathers at our microphone to decipher a scene from the Dreamworks animated film, released this Wednesday October 18 in our theaters.
How is an animated film born? What are its different stages? Fully answering these questions could take a long time, as the process is as long as the number of people involved is large.
But several of the members of the Trolls 3 team are offering us a little glimpse today, by returning to one of the scenes from the Dreamworks feature film.
In this case that of marriage. No Poppy and Branch, even if the latter will find himself at the center of attention when John Dory arrives, who is none other than his brother. And the leader of the boy band that the hero of the animated saga was a part of when he was younger.
A sequence that different members of the film team decipher on our microphone. From the two directors to the production designer, including the producer, it’s about costumes, glitter, brothers and decor. But also in the way in which the scene mentioned prepares us for one of the future revelations concerning Poppy.
All with the help of preparatory drawings, which allow us to see the evolution of certain aspects of the film, between its pre-production and the result, visible in our theaters since October 18.
After his World Tour in the previous opus, Branch is called to the rescue by John Dory to save his other brother, Floyd. And thus allow the reunion of the members of BroZone, the boy band they formed a few years earlier.
