From a fashion perspective, autumn opens up completely new facets for us – and scope to try out new things with layers and using different materials. But the most beautiful outfit on cold days is nothing if our hair doesn’t match it.

A loose ponytail or chignon goes well with the crew neck shirt

The classic round neck shirt is a basic that we often use in the cold season. Whether plain or with a pattern: it can be combined flexibly and offers the perfect basis for a second layer, such as a blazer, cardigan or blouson. And what does the perfect hairstyle partner for the crew-neck shirt look like? A loose ponytail or chignon works particularly well. Because the loose version of the classic ponytail is done super quickly and, with a few plucked strands, gives off an undone touch that we love so much!

Turtle neck or pussy-bow blouse goes well with a half-up, half-down hairstyle

An autumn without a turtleneck? Inconceivably! We love this classic in the cold season and wear it with a pleated skirt, wide-leg pants or leather shorts. When it comes to hairstyling, there is a hairstyle that shows off the turtleneck or the tie on the neck particularly well: the half-up, half-down hairstyle. Because in contrast to a high bun or open hair, the half-up half-down braid is the perfect middle ground between elegant and casual. And best of all: Half updos work wonderfully on any hair length and structure.

V-neck meets beach waves

The V-neck is super convertible! How come? It either comes in an extra casual oversized cut or highlights curves and cleavage in a sexy way. Whether cool or feminine, the most beautiful contrast to the edgy V-neck lines is provided by soft beach waves. Especially important in drizzly autumn weather: To make your curls last, you should work a mousse into your hair. This makes the lengths more manageable and the mane can be shaped into the desired shape with a curling iron.
