Saturday March 11, in Perpignan, two children were attacked by a dog that was not on a leash. One of the children was rushed to hospital.

Children and pets can be the best of friends, but as parents sometimes you have to be on your guard. Indeed, an animal, even if it is used to you and your family, remains unpredictable.
