The 17-year-old from the Schärding district drove her car from Esternberg towards Münzkirchen around 4 p.m. on Sunday. In the local municipality, it left the road in a left-hand bend and came to a standstill in the adjacent meadow. Two 15-year-olds were injured. Their two passengers – a boy and a girl, both 15 years old and also from the Schärding district – were injured in the accident . There was significant damage to the vehicle itself. An exhilarating Christmas party can be ruled out as the cause of the accident: an alcohol test was negative.
