(CercleFinance.com) – The Capital Group Companies declared to the AMF that it crossed upwards, on March 17, the threshold of 5% of the capital of the company Ubisoft Entertainment, as a result of an acquisition of Ubisoft shares on the market.
The declarant, acting on behalf of funds, specified holding 6,363,159 Ubisoft shares representing as many voting rights, or 5.07% of the capital and 4.66% of the voting rights of the French video game publisher.
